Terms of Use

Last updated: 9 August 2026

Important before public launch: Replace the bracketed company details, choose the governing jurisdiction, and have qualified legal advisers review these terms for the United States, United Kingdom and United Arab Emirates before charging customers.

1. Who we are and these terms

Casa Soft is a property-management software service operated by [legal business name] of [business address] (“Casa Soft”, “we”, “us”). Contact us at casasoftsupport@gmail.com. These terms apply when you create an account or use Casa Soft.

2. Countries we support

Casa Soft is intended for users in the United States, United Kingdom and United Arab Emirates. Property, tenancy, consumer, privacy, safety, tax and record-keeping rules vary by US state, UK nation, and UAE emirate or free-zone jurisdiction. Casa Soft does not determine which rules apply to you or make you compliant with them.

You remain responsible for getting local professional advice and meeting mandatory rules that apply to you. Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot lawfully be waived under applicable law in these countries.

3. The service

Casa Soft helps users organise property, tenancy, payment, maintenance and document information. Features may change during beta. We will use reasonable care and skill to provide the service, but do not promise that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, available at every moment or suitable for every particular purpose.

Casa Soft is software, not a letting agent, accountant, solicitor, attorney, tax adviser, insurer, surveyor, emergency service or legal-document provider.

4. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for checking information you enter, protecting your sign-in details, deciding who can access your account and keeping appropriate copies of important records. You must not use Casa Soft unlawfully, infringe others’ rights, upload malware or store information you have no right to process.

You remain responsible for landlord, employer, privacy, safety, licensing, tenancy, deposit, notice and record-keeping duties. Do not rely on Casa Soft alone to meet a deadline, make a legal decision or protect a person or property.

5. Forms, reports and Casa AI

Forms, templates, reports, reminders, summaries, draft communications and Casa AI output are general tools only. They are not legal, financial, tax, insurance, safety or compliance advice and are not guaranteed to be correct, complete, current or suitable for your jurisdiction. Review, adapt and obtain professional advice before using an output for a tenancy, notice, payment or safety decision.

Casa AI may produce inaccurate or incomplete output. It does not make decisions for you, send messages automatically or replace your judgment. Do not submit passwords, payment-card data, bank details, government identity numbers or highly sensitive documents to Casa AI.

6. Data and privacy

You retain ownership of information you enter. We process account and portfolio information to operate, secure and improve the service, as explained in our Privacy Notice. If you enter tenant or other third-party information, you are responsible for ensuring you have a lawful basis and give any privacy information required by law.

7. Beta, fees and changes

Casa Soft is currently an early beta and is free unless we clearly tell you otherwise before you sign up for a paid feature. We may add, change, suspend or remove non-essential features while testing and improving the product. We will not charge you for a future plan without first presenting its price and payment terms.

8. Availability, backups and loss

Technology can fail. Keep independent copies of documents and records that matter to you. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, business interruption, loss of goodwill, or loss caused by your failure to keep suitable records or backups.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or statutory consumer rights.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end access where reasonably necessary to protect users, investigate misuse, comply with law or address a security risk. You may stop using the service at any time. See the Privacy Notice for data-deletion information.

10. Complaints and governing law

For complaints, email casasoftsupport@gmail.com with “Complaint” in the subject line. These terms are governed by the law of [insert the jurisdiction where the Casa Soft contracting entity is established], without removing mandatory protections that apply in the United States, United Kingdom or United Arab Emirates.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The latest version will be posted here with its updated date. If a change materially affects existing users, we will take reasonable steps to notify them before it takes effect.
